This code indicates that the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is not providing readings within the expected range. The engine computer has detected that the temperature readings are too high or too low for the current operating conditions.

1. 1 Inspect the air intake system for any restrictions, clogs, or air leaks that could affect temperature readings.
